HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
 
The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at support@carafashions.com 
 
HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
 
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?
 
In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at support@carafashions.com. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.
 
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
 
We provide PAN India free shipping on all orders.
 
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?
 
An additional handling fee of ₹150 is charged for returns. However, no additional charges are applicable on exchange.
 
DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
 
Yes, we will deliver outside India as well.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGE


WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on support@carafashions.com  In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
 
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.
 
WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
 
Return / Exchange request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.
 
I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
 
For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE ALL ITEMS
 
Boxers, Socks and Face masks cannot be returned / exchanged keeping hygiene into consideration.
 
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
 
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, there fund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours.
 
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS?
 
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not,please get in touch with your respective bank.
 
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?
 
Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our Payments Partner(Cashfree) would be sent on your registered E-mail ID and WhatsApp number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in the required details for the refund to be initiated to your account.

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
